here is my weekly general routine
Monday
3 sets of 30 pressups - 3 sets of 50 situps - 6 overhand pullups
6 mile run - about i try to keek a 7!.4 minute mile average
gym - mainly working on cardio
Tuesday
gym
swim - 1 hour
Wednesday
same as monday
Thursday
3 sets of 30 pressups - 3 sets of 50 situps - 6 overhand pullups
gym
2 hour bike ride through the woods
40 minute run with 10 second sprints throughout
Friday
rest
Saturday
same as monday
Sunday
same as thursday

do i need to take more rest days, i have been doing this for about 2months now and im starting to feel more and more fatigued

I think you're over-working your body!. When looking at your schedule, the only days you're doing something different are Tuesdays and Friday!. I've been doing the Body for Life program which is more like this: Monday-upper body lift, Tuesday-cardio, Wednesday-lower body lift, Thursday-cardio, Friday-upper body lift, Saturday-cardio, Sunday-rest!. The next week you switch the upper and lower body lifting!. It's a good plan to get an all-around workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It does seem a bit much,
especially the monday, that's a lot!.
and the days you do the same, I would lower the 6 miles to about 2 miles!.
You could seriously injure your body, by over doing it!.
Your cartilage in your knees could give out and in the future your body could give out on you, and you could have a lot of problems!.

if you are fatigued then yes have some more rest days, take a few in a row to you feel back on track or you could make things worse!.listen to your bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com
