A more effective treadmill workout would be 20 minutes with increasing intervals of intensity!. Start at a slow pace for 2 mins (level 1) then go up for a minute(L2), then up again for another minute (L3) then up one more time to your max speed that you can do(L4) for one solid minute then reduce back to slow by going to L3 for a minute, then L2 for a minute then L1 for a minute !. Repeat this one more time and your cardio will work wonders!. Finish by walking slowly for the last two minutes!.
Each level should represent your personal ability with L1 being easy for you and L4 being your hardest level!. This will change over time as you get better!.
If you do it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach you'll burn more fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
