Can I Loose weight with out bulking up?
I have been exercising and want to loose 25-30 pounds but i have noticed (especially in my arms) - instead of them getting smaller, they are getting bulkier with muscle... what do i do?
Answers:
Muscle is good! It helps you burn fat more efficiently. Just keep up with what you're doing....once the FAT is gone, you can let the muscles shrink back if you want to.
I wouldn't want to, but that's just me. It's just that I think that most people think at least a little bit of muscle is a really good thing.
