What would be a good way for me to start working out?
I just got a gym membership to 24 hour fitness. I'm 17 and male. I'm not overweight at all, but I don't have a lot of muscle either. I'm 6 foot 1' and weigh 154 pounds. I have a membership that allows me to go every other day.
