I am really very slim and bony, i want to gain some weight but i don't have appetite and i feel full very fast!. Can you give me ideas how to open my appetite and eat 2000 cal per day!? any food with high calories in small amount !?

when u eat 1 sandwich in the mornin , try after an hour to repeat the same kind of the sandwich , know what i mean !?!?!? repeat what u eat !.!.!. and drink soda PEPSI and cola !.!. eat bread and drink milk and fast food ( mac ) will be perfect for u to gain weight and don't do lots of runnin' and walkin' !.!.!. just try to sit and relax more and keep eatin' !.!. i hope u'll get better :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

milk!. Use liquids to make up the calories!. It is the easiest way unless you like peanut butter or want to eat a table spoon of olive oil!. 1 table spoon = 120 calories!. nutela would work too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
