This is serious ive been tryin for 2 years?

Ok here we go I weigh 170 and im 5 8 I checked my bmi it said im 25.6 or somethin like that. So now I want to be about a 145 lbs so can someone tell me how much i need to lose in ur opinion and how much should i workout if i want 25lbs of fat off of me before my school starts. so please help me and school strts in about 2 months so yea please help and can u make sure it works thankss! and i did go from 200 to 170

You are at a 'plateau' weight and are having trouble getting started 'losing weight' again. Try INCREASING YOUR EXERCISE DRAMATICALLY and eating 'a bit more' than you did before ... try to keep your 'intake' of calories at 1500 per day, and do enough exercise to burn AT LEAST 2000 calories a day. You'll start to 'lose weight' again, at the rate of about 2 pounds per week. You don't need to lose too much ... if you are a male, you need to be around 140 pounds to 150 pounds depending on your 'bone structure' ... and GOOD LUCK! The exercise will help you 'build good muscle' and to REDUCE the 'fat' you are now carrying, and you should LOOK GOOD come September!
