Question: Ideas for EASY school lunch!.!?
I'm in high school and want to eat healthy foods at lunch!. I'm not looking for outrageous ideas!.!.!.something like half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole grain bread!. How much should I be eating--is a sandwich, fresh fruit and a veggie enough!? Also, is it a good idea to take a snack along for mid morning (I always get hungry)!. What kind of granola bar would be a good option for a snack!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like nature valley granola bars!. But ur lunch sounds really good!. I'm also in high school and im goind to start bringing healthier lunches!. Im going to bring alot of fruits and veggies!.

you should really have about 5 small meals a day, if possible!. It's proven to be healthier for you, so small snacks, like nuts and fruit(possibly dried) are good!. For lunch, you can have coldcuts for lunch, like turkey, or roasted chicken!. Try to stay away from fattier meats such as beef and pork!. Go for lean meats!. You could also have salads for lunch, you can put whatever you want and if you want, you could add chicken or something!. but it sounds like your on the right track, just stay away from fatty foods and bad carbs, like cookies, and cake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There are these awesome things called Cliff Bars, which are like the awesomest granola bars ever invented!. Ever!. Its made from all organic food and has like no fat, but you would never guess you were eating something healthy!. A sandwich is good, maybe turkey or something!. Fruit and veggies like an apple or carrots is also good!. And a small healthy mid morning snack is good to keep you going!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A sandwich with some fruit is great for lunch!. You could try taking a salad one day to change it up!. Veggie sticks are a good snack but so are granola bars!. Maybe some yogurt or even another piece of fruit!.
