Major weight issues..? plz help me???

okay so i am a 14 y/o girl thats 5'6'' tall and is heading off to highschool as a freshman
i weigh about149 pounds i really want to lose weight in about 2 months or till school starts my goal is to atleast get to 130 or something
what are someways to lose fat quick especially belly fat
diets?starvation?fasting?obvio... excersize, but if its cardio or aerobics i need some examples of some excersizes plz
i need help
i really want to become skinnier but not too skinny thanks

Losing fat quick shouldn't be your goal. Being 14, it will probably be difficult to get your parents to bring you to a gym or get a trainer. Learning healthy habits should be your goal. Write down what you eat on a daily basis. You can check out fitday.com for a free calorie counting guide. Try to eat foods that have some sort of nutritional value. For instance, potato chips have no real nutrition value, but beef jerky has protein, still not the best food in the world, but it has some value. Popcorn at least has fiber, even microwaveable popcorn has about 3g of fiber per cup and is lower in calories then chips. Make little changes to your diet like that.
Also, for belly fat, you can try doing crunches. There's a website with a video on how to do a crunch the right way. I do about 180 every few days. That site also shows you how to do a few other things like a pushup.. etc.
As far as aerobics you can do without a gym, rope jumping or running are two different ways. You can also try a step aerobic dvd if you want to workout indoors.
