Getting Broad Shoulders...?

I've been working out for a while i have a 6 pack and big arms. I'm 5'6 and 14, (male). What are something with weights, crosstraining or other things that will give me wide shoulders.

I eat about 100g of protein a day. Work with weights every other day and swim and/or run everyday.


Answers:

To get big shoulders:::

try to do stuff like shoulder presses, kickbacks, dumbell raises ( you know, the regular stuff that you might to do to build your deltoid muscles)

Maybe work @ the illusion of large shoulders as well. Work out your lats, stop doing side crunches (I've heard this can help to widen your waist.)

Other than that - your physical bones might grow on their own yet.

just settle down, you're 14.
