What Should I Do if I have Uneven Biceps?!


Question:

What Should I Do if I have Uneven Biceps?

Just curious.
What everyone looks at are the guns.
So i am getting a little self conscious.

My Right Bicep is probably truly more stronger, however my Left is starting to get that awesome ball look to it.

Is there something I could do to make the right catch up? Its so odd because Its my stronger arm. Would working it out harder make a difference? Or is it just my bodies structure and just forget about it??


Answers:

If you are looking to even out their strengths start doing more dumbell movements as they will allow each arm to work independently and promote equal resistance per arm. Still incorporate barbells and machines if you like.

As for their shape, that is largely due to genetics. However, hand position plays a role on which head of the bicep is being worked most. Mix it up, use both close and shoulder width grips.

Some Bi movements: Hammer curls, preacher curls, incline dumbell, cable curls, alternating dumbell, and reverse curls.
