Is a star jump the same thing as a jumping jack!?
I'm assuming you're doing these putting in alot of effort, and it's an excellent exercise to get the heart rate going
I don't know how long it takes you to do 200 of these, if you do 100 a minute for 2 minutes though you're only burning about 17 calories
10 minutes doing them will give you 84 calories burned and about 30 straight would only burn about 252 calories (haha good luck trying that though :P)
Have fun and work out safely, drink lots of water and stop if theres any painWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your best bet would be to walk or jog!.
You will definitely notice a difference after your first week, even if its only 30 mins per day!.
The star jumps will definately be burning energy, I would approximate and say:
Calories burned with Rope Jumping
Moderate, General
700 calories per hour
Assuming a body weight of: 70 kg
Your body really needs to get started, like an engine!.
30 mins normally is enough to start the fat burning engine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
