I don't see how it could hurt as long as you keep you meals balanced with vegetables, and good fats (olive oil)!. I was doing something similar, the only real problem I had was my protien levels dropped so I had to add in soy protien powder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
As long as you eat in moderation, no!. Almonds are high in fat but good fats!. Bananas and oatmeal are somewhat in carbs!.
