Help me i need to lose weight!?!


Question: Help me i need to lose weight!!?
I need to lose about 15 to 20 pounds!. The issue is that i eat healthy and exercise, but the weight stays there all the time and it is impossible to get rid of! I need to lose fat EVERYWHERE! Mainly my thighs because they are too big for the rest of my body!. So is there anyone who can give me some advice on a diet, an exercise plan, etc!? It probably won't work, though!. Nothing ever works!. I am 13 years old and 145 pounds!. And i already tried spark teens and the pilates videos and they did not work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I kno how you feel!.!.my sister is 13 and weighs 160 pounds!.!.she started losing some weight!.!.from eattin healthy!.!.which u should keep doin!.!.then play some softball and my dad goes to the gym everyday and u have to be 18 to go to the gym but my dad talked to them about how she is overweight and if she keeps gainin weight eventally she's gonna end up in a hospital bed havin trbouble breathin n they let her in!.!.she went almost everyday and lost 20 pounds but be carefull becuz she stopped going and gained more then last time!.

Probably the reason why the workout it doesn't work because you didn't work out hard enough!? How long did you work out!? Usually at least for 1:30 to 2:00 hrs long!. That's including lift weight and cardio!. And Cut back on a lot of junk food, eat more healtheir food(Salads)!.
