Question: Is this overweight cause im not sure!?
i got a friend who's always bin on the larger side of life hes 13 5ft 4 and is 11!.5 stone!? is this overweight!? and why because he bearly eats i seen him he has bout 1 glass of coke and like 1 mars Bar when he gets home from school!.!.!. thats what he has and Tea but in school he has Pasta and a can of apple juice explain please to thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

He's thirteen!. The only thing I would advise is that he eats healthier!.
Everybody grows differently due to parents, ethnicity, environment!. At 13 it's not a major concern unless he's winded going up a flight of stairs!. His genetics are going to do what they need to do!. I use to eat 3 whoppers at a sitting when I was 13 and never went over 100 lbs!. (about 7st 9lb)
Just try to stay active his body will do the rest!. And try to get him some fruit!.
Now Is he classified as overweight!? Yes!.

sounds like he may be overweight (11!.5 stone = 161 pounds)!.
i have a guy here who is approx right weight is just over 5'8" and is around 145 pounds!.
coke and mars bars are full of sugar and have tons of calories!.

its his metabolism!. and he probably eats more when youre not around!.!. and uh!.!. idk wat 11!.5 stone is!.!. i use pounds!. not to mention pasta can and does add a lot of weight!. so do mars bars and sodaWww@Answer-Health@Com
