Question: After how many minutes of doing cardio does muscle begin to burn instead of fat!?
s cardio counterproductive to strength training!? I do 35 minutes of cardio followed by 10 minutes of abs and 20 minutes of strength training!? Is this counterproductive!? (just trying to maintain weight)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio is not counterproductive towards strength!.
It may however, create a small amount of muscle fatigue which means you won't be lifting to your full potential!.

If u want to lose weight do some cardio running for 10 min 2 hours before you go to sleep then when u are done, eat a meal or snack that has plenty of protein in it then take a shower and go to sleep!. u will lose weight and gain muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
