What are your opinions on detoxing?!


Question: What are your opinions on detoxing!?
I'm eating only fruits and vegetables all next week!. I will also only have water to drink!. I am concerned about my lack of protein intake however!. Where will it come from!? I work out and lift weights so I need a good protein source!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You workout and lift weights and you're starving yourself, don't detox!. There's no point no only will you lose muscle but you will gain weight back when you're done detoxing!. Your body naturally flushes out all the bad stuff if you eat healthy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try some fresh caught salmon, organic turkey or chicken breast, beans!. These are all great sources of protein that will also aide in cleansing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just once a week detoxing is ok!.!.!.you need some dairy,raw nuts and oatmeal in your diet!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
