Answers:
Alcohol can add weight and a poochy belly!. If you like to drink beer, Michelob ultra is the lowest in carbs and calories!. If you like hard liquor, Vodka is the lightest but if you mix anything with cola, make sure it's a caffeine free diet cola!. Caffeine raises the blood pressure and so your body lowers your metabolism to compensate!.
Also, did you know that dancing is one of the best exercises you can do!. So if you like to go clubbing, dance a lot!.
Other than that, eat everything you do eat slowly!. Just slow down and chew everything very good!. You'll be surprised at the results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

See alcohol contains too many calories, you need to cut back on the drinking!. And if you drink beer regularly, that might be the cause of that belly!. I am guessing, if you drink lots of water, that will flush out the alcohol faster, so that you wont be affected as much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
