im 15!. im 5"6!. im 219lbs, ive lost 20lbs so far!.!.
i have very small bones and my goal is to lose at least 80-90lbs(to get to 125-130lbs!.!.!.its what my doctor said anyways)
what month of next year do u think i will be down to my goal weight!?

10-12 months if you are losing weight safely (1-2 lbs a week), it sounds like you are pushing yourself very hard!.!.!.make sure you are still being healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com
