Question: Help i dont wanna get diabetic!!?!!?! :(!?
Ok i eat alot of junk food on an average day maybe about alot lol not like overboard but you know to me it seems like alot!.
I do excerise alot in pe
i dont eat too much vegatables but i do eat fruits like grapes,Bananas,Peaches!.
I take kids daily vitamins each day i take 2 with my meals!.
On an average day i drink about 6-7 glasses of water!.
my mom makes a meat,Puts some vegatables,And some pasta!.
But i like to eat junkfood
in between it kind of bad because at school i dont eat breakfeast of lunch!.
Before i go to school i eat cereal and a glass of water with my vitamin!.
But do you think its bad i eat alot of junkfood!.!?

Im 13
I weigh about 95-100 pounds the most i dont think that much but idk
Im kind of short lol

First of all, your weight is OK!. My 10 year old weighs 100 pounds, and I know he has a pudge; at 13 you should be fine!.

Eating junk food does not cause diabetes!. As a kid, you either have it already or you don't!. As an adult, around 45-50, you may get it if you are overweight and have a genetic predisposition for it (meaning you parents have it)

Try to limit junk to 10% of your balance, and get some exercise everyday, and you should be fine!. Keep bread and starchy stuff, pasta to only half your meal, the rest in fruits, veggies and protein!.

Hey, a lot of people enjoy eating junk food!. And personally it's fine to be short!. If you're only 13 then don't worry, just make sure you only eat sugar and junk once and awhile, but it sounds like you get a lot of exercise, (I love exercising lol) so i think you're doing fine as it is!. I wouldn't worry just as long as you get exercise and eat plenty of healthy foods!.

The problem with junk food is that it is very addictive!. You are developing bad habits now that could lead to diabetes and huge weight gains in the future!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eating junkfood won't make you diabetic!. Unless you eat like 2 boxes of cookies a day or somethin!. just continue to eat healthy, and no you're not fat, you'll grow and stretch up im sure!. If you feel you need to cut back on the junkfood, then everytime you want some junk food drink a bottle of water or eat a piece of fruit instead!.!. Most of the time the cause of being hungry is actually your body telling you that you're thirsty, i know that doesn't seem to make sense but I was told this by a nutritionist!.
