I don't go to the gym but if I'm running, I can't stop running if other people are watching me!. Even if I dying and there's another person nearby, I'll continue!. And if a car drives past, I can't stop until the car is out of sight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
No, I wouldn't, but I don't like being at a gym to work out around a bunch of strangers!. I work out at home because I value my privacy and it is more germ-free!. When I did go to a gym, I didn't work out any harder than I normally do!. I know how far to push myself!. Let others do as they may!. I just ignore those around me and listen to my own body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
