im on the track team but i also weight lift and i want to gain more mass and weight but i dont want to lose weight during cardio so what should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to eat more!. You put in the same amount of calories you put out!. So just add more to what you are eating throughout the day 300-500 calories depending on how much you exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To gain weight, calories in (food and beverages) has to equal more than your calories out (exercise and daily activity)!.
If you consume 500 calories more than you use per day you will gain 1 pound per week!.
