Answers:
At the least, perhaps 5 months!. The safest weight loss for a persons' body should not exceed 2 pounds per week!. (although the 1st week you may lose up to 5 due to water weight loss) Anything more than that isn't really healthy & also is more likely to be regained!. It is better to go slow & be diligent for long term success!. There also may be a point during this time span where you may hit a plateau, meaning no matter what you do, no pounds will come off!. Sometimes doing a cheat day ( & I don't mean totally pigging out or stuffing yourself with loads of junk food, but adding something you haven't been eating!.) will throw your body off & will re-kick-start you!.

Also, being that you will be exercising, when you start to build muscle, you may think you are not losing weight, as muscle is heavier than fat!. So make sure to measure every part of your body before you start your plan, & measure thereafter weekly!. Sometimes the scale won't move, but the proof is in the measurement!.

Good luck & all the success in the world! I'll be praying for you!
