Losing weight can be hard , but it is a worthy goal
I have lost about 40 pounds since the new year!. That may not seem like alot to some, but I think it is a healthy amount and I will continue on my plan!. The plan I found was recommended by my doctor and I found it at http://healthcrib!.com/Weight-Loss/ !. It was the first program on there and it has been wonderful; a real blessing!. Since losing this weight I can wear alot of the old clothes that I never got rid of and I am looking like I did 10 years ago!. I also have tons more energy and got rid of my cravings for a lot of those bad foods!.

Breakfast- A carb like wheat toast with a topping(jelly, pb, etc!.) and a glass of 2% milk!.
Lunch- Some vegetable, fruit, meat, and water
Dinner- Soup and some sort of fruit with water
1 hour of exercise everyday like (walking, running, dancing, cheerleading, cadio workout, etc!.)
