Answers:
Eating more!
You have very little fruit in your diet, so I would add some snacks with fruit throughout the day!. And up your lunch maybe a whole cup of yogurt, because you are getting very little dairy!. And you need fat in your diet, you will so much less hungry throughout the day if you include some fat!. Try to aim for 400-500 more calories a day!.
You will still lose weight eating more don't worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need roughly 600 calories per day to lie in a coma!. =]]

If you're walking over 2 miles per day (averaged from your weeks walk) you need a lot more than you're getting!. Also remember that some fats are good for you - some are essential!. Your body will work off ALL fats except saturated fats - they're really the only ones you should be pushing towards the outside of your diet!.

You're eating a lot of healthy foods, but if that's what you're eating every day!.!. You're not eating enough different types of food to get by happily!. The first answer had great suggestions on what types of food to add in and where!. I definately agree with her fruit comment - scurvy ain't fun no matter who's talking!.

A good food motto is; 'Everything in Moderation'!.

Don't cut anything out of your diet completely and don't rely on any one thing!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
