Well for your belly ive been told that 200 situps a day really helps!. Thats 100 in the morning and 100 in the evening!.This person also told me that if you balance on your shoulders/back and stretch your legs right up in the air for around 2 minutes every hour this helps a lot!.
For your thighs, lunges and squats (like sumos) for 4 seconds each time!. Do about 30 per exersise every day!.
