The biggest danger at that age is that your joints and the ends of your bones are still growing and soft!. If you life heavy weights, you can permanently damage them through crushing!. You should avoid heavy lifting until you're about 19-20 for that reason!. Go for less weight and more reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Wow! lol that's what i was wondering to! But then i looked up most sites and it said NO it doesn't!. If anything it'll help your growth!. So don't worry it shouldn't!. At least from seeing proof on about 5 sites!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
