Sleep 8 hours a night or atleast more than six!. Drink lots of water, eat vegetables and fruits, avoid fryed or processed foods, eat enough protien (if it's meat avoid the fat on it because that is saturated fat, except for fish which is very healthy)!. Eat enough food but not to much just when you are hungry!.Exercise, don't smoke, don't drink much, be responsible, be positive and you will live a long life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I practice Martial Arts and Meditation!. It has become a way of life for me!. There are so many benefits for the body & mind!. I get an overall cardio workout!. I'm addicted to it now!. confidence!. natural and filling organic foods!. yoga/stretching (if ur a guy its still ok just dont squish ur privates)!. positive frame of mind!. humour:MUST HAVE HUMOUR LIFE WITHOUT LAUGHTER IS POINTLESS!!. keep active!. keep ur brain active: challenge urself and constantly exite ur learning!. take a nap during the day with a hot drink or chocolate(just for a treat) this can help to relieve stress and a stress free environment is vital to keep steady sanity!. just live life to the fullest and have fun! dont be angry :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
