Usually everyday with dumb bells!. I curl up around 40 pounds 18 times then another 18 times by pushing them up above my head!. I haven't dropped them yet and hopefully I won't otherwise there will be a huge hole in the floor!. I also do one more lift each day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I hit the gym at least five times a week!.!.sometimes six!. When I go only four days I'll go in the morning around 10 for chest, then again later around 7 p!.m!. for abs!. Some weeks I work two body parts for the morning event and only go four times a week!. My weight is 172 lbs and I'm right where I need to be!. According to any BMI chart I'm over weight for my height of 5'9" but with only 7% body fat!.!.!.I'm hardly overweight!.!.I never go by those charts anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I run and play with my dogs, I do gymnastics, and I might start baseball or basketball!.
Also I do 'conditioning,' which is where you just do a bunch of push-ups and curls-ups and feet-ups and leg-ups, etc!.
I'm a girl, 13, 5' tall and I weigh 80lbs!.

i work out every other day, for an hour!. i'm 19, male, 180 pounds!. I'd like to take off about 15 pounds of fat, but I don't really know how, other than to eat a lot less!. And I'm afraid I'll lose my hard-earned muscle mass if i eat less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
