to avoild this is suggest u eat breakfest every morning and take a walk after u eat ameal never lay down after u eat!. If u eat a lot of oil try eating a friut to help all the oil get cleaned from your system!. My dad says that a friut will help clean out oil from your body and is very healthy for you!.
