Question: Is this a healthy lunch idea!?
-whole wheat wrap (90 cal), with one tablespoon of natural/organic peanut butter, and 2 teaspoons of low sugar jelly
-kashi crackers-130 cal
-cup of no salt added green beans (40 cal)
-1 pear and one peach
is that okay!?
or is the peanut butter really bad!?
beacuse i have a really sore throat, bad headache, runny nose!. and it just started today!. so i dont know if i can work out, but i prboably will be able to push through!.
but if i dont workout, is this still okay!? or does it have too much fat!?

im just really hungry today beause i only ate 700 calories yesterday, but i dont want to binge today!.!.!.
