dumbbells do have a greater range of motion!.!.!.most people dont use it though!.!.!.
dumbells are good on incline presses!.!.!.and you can switch them out for barbell bench to if you want!.!.!.and u just gotta get used to the balance!.!.!.i used to be like that but then i got used to em i was using 40's now i use 90s so!.!.!.yeah you get used to it lol
my chest day usually consists of this
barbell bench press-3setsx4-6 reps
incline barbell bench press-2setsx4-6 reps
incline DUMBBELL bench press-2setsx4-6 reps
then on to tris and yeah bout it
in conclusion!.!.!.barbell bench is the king of chest exercise

barbell is way better and it works ur tricep while dumbells work ur bidepWww@Answer-Health@Com
