Question: Is this morning exercise effective!?
I run and bike and stuff during the day in the week!.
I just want something to wake me up!.
Will doing VERY GENTLE morning exercises be effective!? Not necessarily in toning up or losing drastic amounts of weight as I am already fit and healthy, I'm just wondering effects doing 20 minutes of gentle aerobics will have on me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

20 minutes of aerobics before breakfast will be very good for you before you eat if you are trying to burn stored fat doing it before you eat will help you get into the stored fat faster! You might want to do about 30 minutes to an hour of it though but work yourself up to it don't take on too much too fast! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
So some gentle yoga, to stretch out all of your muscles and get the blood pumping!.
