how many minutes should i rest between each set!?!? i try to do 6 sets of the tricep extention, i can manage 12- 16 reps per set!. should i rest 3 minutes between each set or just 2 minutes!. thanks peoples, and 10 points to the best answer:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

rest for about a 1 min its good that ur doing 6 sets and between 12-16 my advice to u is if u wana gain mass try an do each rep slower that u would and intensive aswell also make sure ur eating things like seeds nuts and berries go holland and barrents tis will improve your overall heath plus sexual benefitsWww@Answer-Health@Com
Rest 1 minute per set because when u work out your trying to rip your muscles!. its common for people to take a 1 min rest in between reps i do that myself!. taking too long recovers a bit fast yea!.!.but u wont get enough results!. the recovery process should be done in the night time or after the workout!. but definitely 1 minute in between reps
