Hello everyone, I have:
- orange juice
- skim milk
- bananas
- blueberries
- frozen: raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, mango, pineapple, and peaches!.
- smooth peanut-butter
- chocolate chips
- Andes Mountain Candy
- Frosted Flakes
- Honey
- 2 medium oranges
So, what HEALTHY yet YUMMY smoothie can I make for ONE person!? (make sure the portion is for ONE serving!)

I like smoothies with milk and fresh fruit!. I usually add in yogurt to give it some thickness!. Or you can add in ice (bland) or ice cream (a treat but more fattening - i make my sons with strawberry ice cream)!. With all that you have above you want to add in something that makes it thick and not just milk and stuff!. My recipe is: 1 cup of milk, 1 ripe banana, a handful of other fruit if around like strawberries, etc!., and one small cup of yogurt (I use activia which is a smaller serving size)!. Its a delicious breakfast shake!Www@Answer-Health@Com
