i run about the same pace!.!. i find a lot of eminem songs (im not a usual fan of the music) has a good beat and a lot of kanye west songs too!.!. keeps the rhythm of the stepsWww@Answer-Health@Com
Sounds odd i know but try USMC running cadence!. You can actually get albums of it (and cadence from other services as well), pretty much has a standard beat and lets face it, it works for the Marines!.!.
