Question: Ok!. so about running!.!.!.!?
so!. I run when I need to!. when I am angry or sad!. it makes me feel better!. and it seems like every time I go I can run longer and longer!.
but I don't really pay attention to my muscles!.
I don't want to get hurt or anything!.
and what are some different ways when I run to work different muscles!. do you know what I mean!? like take little steps!. huge steps sprint, jog
like that!.
and I am working very hard on getting toned!.
you know how really muscular people have their veins popping out a lot!? that is happening to me!. and I have only been on this work-out plan almost 3 weeks!.

what I do is run almost every day and I do 8 minute abs, arms, and legs!. and I have an exercise ball that I sit on and I do sit ups on and I lift little arm weights whenever I get the urge

just eat right- no junk food or artificial food or fast food or microwaved food!.
in short, eat as much as u need- but eat the healthiest stuff u can!. shop at wholefoods!.
eat hot peppers to speed metabolism and burn fat!.
both bread and meat are needed- yes, ladies- but in the same proportion as are veggies, fruit, and dairy!.
the best meats are tuna, other fish, eggs, steak, and chicken
do lunges with legs too, so ur legs stay bigger then ur arms!.
actually, some good bodyweight exercises are:
squats
lunges
jump-squats and jump-lunges
calf raises (on a stair)
high knees
side shuffle
and some upperbody would be
pull ups
pushups
tricep pushups (if u can do them)
wide pushups (if u can do them)
and ab work would be
well, you actually have abs pretty much covered!.
just do some elbows and toes and 6" leg raises to get the abs to "hold" as well as go thru the motions- that will help give it muscle recognition/memory, making it stronger and more importantly for u, look and feel betterWww@Answer-Health@Com

The time it takes to see results is different for everyone!. It seems like you are seeing results faster than most people do!. Lucky you!.
