Question: Will aerobics or anerobics be best for losing fat paticularly in the mid section!.!?
i got a spare tire!. the rest of my body is not that bad, fat deposit wise!. but it seems anytime i slack of i get fat in the stomach and i get that woman pooch thing!. so will hitting up the running and cyclying and eliptical be best, or will doing lots of weightlifting and musclebuilding workouts bet best!. plus im giving myself about 1-2 months to lose about20-30 lbs !. is it possible and which should i focus on mostlyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Why one OR the other!?
Do both!. Make sure that your cardio is done outside, none of this treadmill and stationary bike stuff (unless you're taking spinning classes)!. The belt on the treadmill helps you do some of the work!.
I also don't see any ab routines here!. Why's that!?

anerobics, aerobics will strengthen your heart!. you should do a little of both!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
