Question: Is losing alot of weight in a month and a half ok!? PLZ answer!?
Is it normanl to lose 50 lbs in 1 and a half months
cause I did

I don't think so, because like average is like 2lbs per week and 6 weeks

so that should have been about 12lbs if you ate normally and exersied regualrly,
but if you were on a diet and exersising more you'd proably loose about 4-6lbs in a week so average about 5lb

and that is 30lbs

so a little too much!.!.!.

you should go see a doctor about it, because it's not healthy to lose that much weight that quickly- and also, if you actually want to keep it off, it'll be a lot harder, because the faster the weight comes off, the harder it is to keep it off!.
Then again the people on the biggest loser can lose that much weight in a couple of weeks, so it really depends on how you lost the weight!. You should schedule an appt!. with your doctor, just to make sure that everything's alright!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Losing more than 12 pounds in 1 and a half months isn't healthy!. You probably lowered your caloric intake way too much, and when you start eating normally you will gain the weight back, because your body slows down its metabolism when too little food is consumed!.

It does this to preserve fat storages to keep you alive!. So when you eat normally, the slow metabolism will just cause rapid weight gain!. It's essential that you go back though, consuming too little is very detrimental to your health!.
