Question: I want to lose 20 - 30 pounds !?
what are some tips on how to lose 20 - 30 pounds!. im not in a rush i mean i plan on losing this amount of weight slowly, like in 7-8 months how can i do this can i have some tips please
so far ive got these tips
no salt
no fizzy drinks ( not even diet )
no fried food
no cheese ( only low fat )
no sweet stuff ( ie; doughnuts, cakes, chocolate )
run 20-30 minutes a day
stretch more
