I am afraid there are no quick fixes!. Weight loss needs time, commitment and dedication!. So called dieters, effectively looking for something to lose weight for them are doomed to fail!. The worse news is that 2 in 3 actually end up heavier! (university of California study!.) Weight loss requires dedication, time and commitment!.

Yes this is most difficult for people who start their weight loss program!.

My advice is to start with small nutritional and training changes and step by step to build good nutritional and training habits and plan!.

Try some of these:
1) Start with 5-6 small meals per day (everyone know this is good step);

2) Reduce your daily carbo rich foods in half - half glass of juice instead of one and so on;

3) Eat most of your daily carbos with your breakfast and after training;

4) Eat more protein (with every meal);

5) For dinner - protein and/or veggies;

6) Do cardio - start with 20 min 4 times per week, after weight training or morning before you eat; You can increase the time with some minutes step by step;

7) Do weight training - up to 45 min 4 times per week;

It works really well, but choose healthy foods to eat (lean protein, veggies, fruits, whole-grains, low-fat dairy, heart-healthy oils)!. You don't want your metabolism to get sluggish because that slows weight loss!.
2) Give up all sweet drinks (even diet soda) and drink mostly water
3) Give up all extra sodium (don't salt your food and don't eat salty food)
