Question: Whats a good way to limit soda drinking!.!.!.!.!?
well i dont drink as much soda but my husband drinks it like water! lol i love soda and can't bear to give it up either but i can limit myself to one or 2 cans a day but he can't!. so i'm trying to figure out how to get him to limit his soda intake!. do you have any ideas!.!.!. like how you control it!. if we don't buy the soda at the grocery store he'll end up buying it at the convience store which adds up after a while!. thanks for all the suggestions :)Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
First switch to diet soda!. Then switch to Non Carbonated drinks like lemonade and Hi-C and Kool Aid!. Then switch to milk and water!.

Cold turkey quiting of smoking and drinking rarely work!. Soda is nearly a real addiction for some people!. If his eating habits are too horrible, try a group like Jenny Craig, a Gym membership, or a mall walking group!. Being around other healthy happy people can help!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way, is to know the facts about what it does to your body and tell yourself how bad it is for you every time you want it, and then drink a bottle of water instead!.
Soda is full of High-Fructose Corn Syrup and tons of other horrible things that act as a poison to your body!. Do you have acne as well!? reducing your soda intake, might also help with that!. Place a penny in a glass of soda and watch it get cleaned
that is what's happening to your stomach drinking that crap, it's not hard to cut it once you put it in your head that it's crap!.

I too would drink 2 Liters a day of Coke , but now I drink maybe 2 Liters a week if that!. And I don't miss it since there is nothing there to miss only empty caloriesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Drinking too much soda is disgusting it doesn't taste that good and gives you a nasty belly!. Start drinking juices not only it taste much better but it's also very healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
