If i do half an hour of dance?!


Question: If i do half an hour of dance!?
what shall i do for the other half an hour to make it an hour of exercise!?

I dont really want to do running because i dont like people looking at me run

so can you suggest something to keep my heart going!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you feel your heart pumping after an half hour workout, then you're probably doing fine!. In this case, you can spend the next half hour working the abdominal muscles!. Since you don't like to run, incorporate a 30 minute brisk power walk!. Put on some headphones and ignore everyone else!. At least you're doing something to stay active and healthy!. It is always good to stretch your mussels after 30/40 minutes exercise!. I would suggest to do few stretching exercises like bending your upper body left and right and stretching your arms like wings of an airplane!. Similarly, you can do some stretching exercises for your legs and abdominal mussels!.

Also strong cervical mussels keep you away from backbone and neck pain!. It is always good to do 10/15 minutes cervical exercises!.

if u dont want to run outside thn u can buy some exercise Machine, & dancing is also a very good exercise!.!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could start swimming,tennis,volleyball or horse riding!.
