Question: Whats a normal amount of times to poo a day!?

Answer - It's different for different people!. I'm a student nurse and I've heard about some people not being able to have their bowels open for 3 weeks [which is normal for them] but others who manage it 2 or 3 times a day!. So it is totally down to the individual xWww@Answer-Health@Com
Every 1-3 days, I think even once a week can be a healthy rate, depending on how much you eatWww@Answer-Health@Com
