I've been excersising and seeing little decrease, I'm getting fed up and angry!. I want to lose weight, Asap!.
Don't give me, don't eat at all!.
I want to lose it in a healthy manner, the lowest I'll go are diet pills!.
I'm desperate and slightly pissed, if not a lot!.

I feel the same as you!. We just have to stay focused and have our eye's on the prize :)
Try getting a Richard Simmons workout dvd!. I know it sounds stupid but he really inspires me to fo well!. And it's easy to follow and it doesn't have you gasping for air!.
As for diet pills I don't know anything about that!. You should talk to your doctor have him recommend some!.

well diet pill don't always work & I personally don't know a lot about them but from what I have heard they don't have a great success rate!. This website has a lot of weight loss info!.
