Is this a good way to tone up?!
Question: Is this a good way to tone up!?
I'm a 5 foot 4 inch female who currently weighs 120 pounds!. I want to lose about 10 pounds!. For excercise I run about 7km in an hour twice a week, and go to the gym twice a week!. Also I ride my bike to work once a week, it's about a 90 min cycle both ways!.
Here is my average daily food intake:
Breakfast: 2 Weetbix, banana, 1 cup soy milk
Lunch: Tuna/Chicken salad sandwich with wholemeal bread
Snack: Tub Yoghurt + like 3 big handfuls of dried fruit/nuts
Dinner: Today I had roast vegetables and chicken drumsticks, most days I have some form of either Lean mince, chicken, beans, tuna, salmon, with vegetables and rice/pasta!.
Dessert: Fruit
I have a tendency to snack on heaps of dried fruit that's what I'm worried about!. So do you think this lifestyle change is ok!? How much weight do you think I will lose!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
