Overwhelmed by hunger. What should I do?!


Question: Overwhelmed by hunger!. What should I do!?
Im 14 and a little overweight!. For 2 weeks I had a really good fitness plan where I ran 4km every third day and ate really well etc!. When I looked in the mirror I was the same size maybe even fatter and i sort of just laid my diet to waste and started pigging out!.

I dont know if its linked or anything but now im starving almost all the time after about 6pm!. I eat a dinner maybe (VERY BIG DINNER) and all night I just keep getting up to go eat no matter how full i was an hour ago!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It takes more than 2 weeks to lose weight if you do it properly haha!.
You're not fatter, hun!. You think you are because you don't think you've lost weight!.!. I know how you feel because i was in the same situation when i was your age!.

You bulk (bloat out) before you tone and that only lasts about 1-2 days!.!. then your body tones itself!. Eat healthy!.!.
Lay off the fizzy drinks!.!. Obviously don't cut out everything you love!.!. just don't drink too much fizzy drinks and don't eat too much chocolate!. I'm a chocoholic and i stuck to 1 bar a day but excersised aswell!.!.

You don't have to do all that running to lose weight!. I tried every diet under the sun when i wanted to lose weight but then gave up because i thought none of it worked!.!. Then as soon as i started eating properly for example lots of fish (high in omega 3 to make your hair and skin look nice and help tone), fruit and veg and lentils and stuff like that and walked everywhere i was fine!. DON'T cut out what you love just don't over indulge on them!. If you like donuts, have one!.!. don't cut out what you love to lose weight because everything in moderation is good for you!.

Walk everywhere you can and eat sensibly and you'll be healthy!. :)
Remember, you're only 14 aswell! You still have baby weight on you which will fall off you naturally in about a year!

sometimes your body may be giving you sings that your hungary but your really thirsty drink allot of fluids water tea protein water i mean lots try that first before you eat to see if your still hungry!. just a little secret diets don't work!. only moderation!. you have to cheat a little or it wont work their is no way you can lose Weight and keep it off on a diet!. when you eat, eat slow enjoy the food don't watch tv !. tv will make you forget how fast you are eating and before you know it you will be done!. don't give up take one day at a time if you cheat one day do better the next !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might want to do alittle research on this or go to the doctor!. In this case you might have diabetes!. When you have diabetes, it can go both ways "loss of appetite" or "always feeling hungry"!. If its not the case, you still want to drink plenty of water!.!.!.8 glasses a day!. Sometimes when you feel like your hungry, your actually just thirsty!. I went through all of this when I first moved to California and wasn't use to the dry weather!. And when you stop exercising, your body is just trying to catch up with you and thats why you might also be feeling hungry!. Try not to east past 8pm (prefer 6pm) and judt drink water!
