How can I burn fat off my stomach/butt (in my room)?!


Question: How can I burn fat off my stomach/butt (in my room)!?
I need exercises that can be done in a short amount of time in my own room!. I have always been really skinny, but I just started to gain some around my "middle section" and I guess maybe my butt a little too!. So what can I do!? I have never really exercised before, I have always been naturally skinny!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh my gosh thats exactly how i am too!. the older you get, the slower the metabolism gets, so we should really start exercising i guess, which is a drag but it's healthy!.!.!.
anyway, i like running, i just find it hard to run because my parents will think i'm "anorexic" or something!.!.u know, the whole "you're so skinny you dont NEED to run, bla bla bla" thing!. its annoying!. and im trying to be more healthy in my diet cuz i eat a LOT of junk (it's bad), but they think i'm going eating disorder on them, which im not, so its hard!.

i suggest just jumping jacks in ur room or running in place,then of corse the crunches for your stomach!. i dont know about the butt, mine is still non-existent, lol!. but good luck w/ everything !Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can never lose fat IN YOUR ROOM !.
but if you really want to ,
you should do 200 - 300 situps !.
that`s what i do !.
