What should I do to start losing weight again?!
Question: What should I do to start losing weight again!?
I've been dieting since June and have lost 41lbs, I have another 10 to go to get my BMI down to 20, which is a weight I think I'll be happy with, but recently I've reached a bit of a stand still! What should I do to start losing weight again!?
I currently eat cereal for breakfast and have whatever my Mum makes for dinner in the evening (I'm back at home so I can study) and I rarely drink anything other than water!.
I walk everywhere!. I'm generally walking for 2 hours every day just to get to where I need to be, so when I get home at the end of the day I really don't want to do more exercise!
I don't eat lunch, so please don't recommend that I do this to give my metabolism a kick, I have no time for food in the middle of the day!.

Start eating lunch!. You've hit a brick wall for a reason and if you want to get through it you're going to have to get serious!. If you're not eating lunch your metabolism drops etc!.!.!. you know the score!. It's true!.
If you're not prepared to do what it takes, don't waste people's time on here!.
In terms of exercise, if you want to get down to 20 BMI, you're going to have to start doing cardio training and/or resistance training!. It's a simple fact!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The key for losing weight is not difficult - consume less food and workout more - the problems arise when we actually try to put that into practice! There are lots of temptations out there don't you think!?! I learned some excellent help by learning from the site in the box below, they have lots of guidance, I worked off 8 pounds by doing as they advised!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
as u are maintaining a good diet its ok,but little bit exersise to ur body like swiming ,jogging makes to loose ur weight!. mianly swimming helps u a lot in this case !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
