Question: I was wondering if the fruit diet really worked!?
I was wanting to lose 20 pounds in less than 2 months!? I don't really have much time to exercise and I am a very picky eater and was wanting any input by anyone who can help me out thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's a lot to lose in a little bit of time!. Dieting really doesn't work- at least for the long run!. Sure you'll get immediate results, but hey wont; last! But!.!.!. Somethings that may help are:
1) Get over being a picky eater!!!!
2) Don't eat anything with high Fructose Corn Syrup
3) Don't drink pop!!!
4) Don't eat ANY fast food AT ALL!
5) Make time to exercise- swimming is an awesome exercise!
6) I've heard alot about green tea lately- try drinking it! (with no sugar)
7) Don't eat any processed foods (anything that would come ready-to-eat etc) - try to eat organic!.
8) Read "French Women Don't Get Fat"
9) Take a look at Shaklee's eating plan, Cinch, it's supposed to be really good!. http://www!.shaklee!.com/products_prod_cin!.!.!.
10) Find on online calorie burned calculator and try eating less that what you'd burn!

Theoritically, exercise (weight training, running) + balanced diet (that means eating LESS than you burn) = results
You can eat whatever you want but read the labels and be sure you don't go over your caloric intake!.

But, if you want really quick results, binging and purgings works wonders (remember not to eat too much afterwards)!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
