Question: I did not get a major growth spurt *10 points best answer*!?
I know I am a girl and they dont have mcuh of a rapid growth spurt as guys
but everyone i know (who are girls) had one during puberty!.!.!.
some more than others!.!.
but they still got one
and i know for a fact I never got one!.
i even asked my family!.!.!.and they should have noticed
but none have
they know i grow
but not drastically
i grew at the same pace
an inch a year
and im now 5'3
last year i was 5'2!.!.!.the year b4 5'1!.!.and b4 that 5
so im just wondering if ill grow a couple more inches till i stop
im 14 in less than a month
and i got my period 3 years ago !.!. (2 months b4 i turned 11)
i dont think i've stopped growing becuase everyone in my family have not stopped growing by the age (minimum) at 16 !.!.
including girls
and !.!. i jsut recently!.!.like a month ago grew half an inch
soo !.!.

and my dad is 5'10
and my 2 sisters r 5'3 -5'3 1/2- 5'4 (around there)
and my brothers are 5'10, 5'10 1/2 and one is the tallest (in our family) 6'2

she got her period 1-2 years ago
and she says shes 5 feet
but i doubt that she is!.!.more like 4'11
and her dad is 5'7 and her mom is 5'6
and she is 5 months younger than me
i've always been 4 inches taller than her
but im worried if she's gunna catch my height
and no offence!.!.i dont want that to happen
she doesnt do sports and isnt very athletic!.!.
and i am and do sports
the only reason her mom is tall (her mom and my mom r sisters) is b/c she played basketball
and again!.!.!.my cousin doesnt do those thinggs
her sis!.!.my other cousin!.!.is 5'3 1/2 -5'4
but i think shes that tall cuz she got it from our mom's side!.!.not her dad's cuz her dad is kinda short for a guy

that sounds a lot how my body developed and i got my period at the same age too!. i was 5'3 until about sophomore year and then i grew to 5'4!. you might get even taller; your dad is taller than mine!. if you want to grow taller, it can't hurt to eat really healthy (lots of calcium for your bones!) and take vitamins!. Continue to exercise and be athletic and don't drink, do drugs, or smoke!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
How old are you!? You may just have not hit you growth spurt yet!. Most women do not stop growing until they are 20!.!.!. so do not worry!. Everything will happen, in due time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
